The Opportunity

As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the store’s performance and culture, leading from the front to inspire both your team and customers.

You’ll be responsible for:

Driving sales and exceeding store targets

Coaching, developing and motivating your team

Building a high-performance culture

Managing roster, wages and store operations

Visual merchandising and maintaining premium store presentation

Recruiting and developing future retail talent

Delivering strong commercial results while protecting the customer experience

About You

You’re a natural leader who thrives in a customer-focused environment.

You’ll bring:

Previous Store Management experience in fashion, lifestyle, swimwear or premium retail

A proven track record of achieving sales targets

Strong leadership and coaching skills

High energy, positivity and resilience

Excellent commercial and operational capability

A passion for styling and helping customers feel their best

A genuine desire to develop and inspire others
