CareSouth is hiring a Disability Support Worker to provide individualised assistance 24/7 within a supported home model in NSW. You may help with household tasks, meals and personal care while implementing care plans and engaging participants in social activities and appointments.
The role requires experience or qualifications in residential care or related fields, a therapeutic approach, and a willingness to work weekends/evenings/sleepovers. WWCC and NDIS checks plus First Aid are expected.
