About the Role:

Assistant Production Manager,



reporting to Production Manager, is responsible for managing the production activities to ensure great team environment and management and optimum efficiency.

- Working with supervisors, day-to-day manage production workers, to ensure that staff are performing at the required efficiency and quality level to meet the needs of customers.
- Full people management responsibilities for the Production team including recruitment, induction, ongoing coaching / training and pro-active performance feedback to ensure that all team members are working at the required standard.
- Create healthy and motivated work environment within the team.

Key skills and experience required:

- 2+ years proven record of people management experiences is required, experience in manufacturing or factory environment is advantageous
- Exposure to 5S, LEAN or HACCP Principles is desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
