Are you an experienced automotive Parts Manager ready to lead a quick-paced, high-volume operation? We're seeking a results-driven professional to oversee our parts Department within one of the region's largest multi-franchise automotive dealerships.

This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic team, optimize inventory performance, build strong manufacturer relationships, and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service across multiple vehicle brands.

About the Role

As Parts Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading and mentoring a high-performing parts team

Managing inventory to maximize availability while controlling stock investment

Achieving sales, gross profit, and departmental performance targets

Building strong relationships with service, sales, wholesale, and trade customers

Maintaining manufacturer standards and KPI compliance across multiple franchises

Driving process improvements and operational efficiency

Negotiating with suppliers and managing warranty and return processes

Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers

What You'll Bring





Proven experience as a parts Manager or Senior Parts Interpreter in a high-volume dealership

Multi-franchise experience highly regarded

Strong leadership and people management skills

Sound understanding of inventory control, purchasing, and parts logistics

Excellent commercial and financial acumen

Experience with dealership management systems (Pentana, ERA, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)

Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions

A customer-first mindset with outstanding communication skills
