We have the opportunity for a part-time Registered Nurse to join our expanding community driven GP Clinic. Flexible hours. Ideally looking for someone 3 full days a week or part-time hours 4/5 days a week. Also opportunity for someone looking for full-time work to work 2 days a week at our sister clinic, Northern Skin Doctors.

ABOUT US:

Yorkeys Medical Centre, established in 2021, is a family, locally owned and managed, healthcare practice. We take great pride in providing our community with high quality, patient-centric healthcare. We are currently seeking a friendly, innovative and empathetic professional to join our expanding practice as a Registered Nurse.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a clinical setting.
- Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs, medical histories and health evaluations.
- Administer medications, treatments and vaccinations as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Assist in minor surgical procedures and other clinical interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans and preventative care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians,



specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities.

ABOUT YOU:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse (Essential)
- Registered with APHRA (Essential)
- Familiarity with medical software Best Practice (Highly Regarded)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Full unrestricted Australian working rights
