Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients while delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and growing relationships with existing clients.
- Developing a thorough understanding of client workforce needs and business operations.
- Conducting regular client meetings and site visits.
- Identifying opportunities to increase service offerings and grow existing accounts.
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing high-quality blue-collar candidates.
- Building and maintaining robust talent pools to support current and future workforce requirements.




- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job brief through to placement and onboarding.
- Coordinating interviews, reference checks, compliance, inductions, and workforce mobilisation.
- Providing exceptional service and ongoing support to clients and candidates.
- Managing employee performance, attendance, and workforce issues as required.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Achieving recruitment, retention, and account growth targets.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in recruitment, account management, workforce planning, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience recruiting within blue-collar industries such as warehousing, manufacturing, transport, logistics, or industrial environments (highly regarded).
- The ability to build, develop, and maintain excellent relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask, prioritise competing deadlines, and perform under pressure.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong administration and computer skills.
- A genuine passion for customer service and helping people succeed.
- A current driver's licence.
