About the Role
As our Maintenance Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting our technicians and customers. You'll coordinate maintenance requests, schedule work, communicate with customers across Australia and ensure jobs are accurately entered and managed within our maintenance management system.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working as part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming maintenance requests and allocate jobs to technicians
- Organisation & coordination of parts
- Enter and manage work orders within our maintenance management system
- Liaise with customers regarding service requests and updates
- Answer phone calls, emails and general customer enquiries
- Assist with scheduling and prioritising maintenance work
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
- Provide general administrative support to the Canberra team
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good computer skills, including Google Workspace (experience with maintenance management software is advantageous but not essential)
- Previous experience in the diesel, mechanical or automotive industry would be highly regarded but is not essential.
Previous administration, scheduling or coordination experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
