Head of Secondary School - Orange, NSW 2800

Lead the Secondary School (Years 7-12) as a key member of the executive leadership team. This role combines strategic leadership with a 0.5 teaching load, providing oversight of curriculum, student wellbeing, staff development and secondary school operations.

Reporting to the Principal and working closely with the Deputy Principal, you will lead a team of approximately 25 staff, drive academic and pastoral outcomes, and ensure the effective day-to-day running of the Secondary School.

What you'll be responsible for

- Leading the Secondary School's curriculum, teaching and learning, and NESA compliance across Years 7-12.
- Overseeing student wellbeing, pastoral care, discipline and engagement to support positive outcomes.
- Guiding staff, school operations and community partnerships as a member of the executive leadership team.
- Coaching and developing KLA Coordinators and teaching staff
- Analysing student achievement data, including NAPLAN, ROSA and HSC outcomes

What we're looking for

- Active Christian with regular involvement in a local church and the ability to lead through faith, integrity and service.
- Proven secondary school leader with experience managing staff,



student wellbeing, curriculum delivery and school operations.
- Strong knowledge of NESA requirements, including ROSA and HSC, with the ability to use data and evidence to improve student outcomes.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary of $154,716 plus 12% superannuation
