As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll combine front-of-house hospitality — welcoming guests, building rapport, and booking guests into livestream sales tours.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome and register owners and guests at the front desk
- Engage guests face-to-face to build rapport and generate livestream tour bookings
- Qualify prospects and book appointments for livestream Sales Centres
- Promote the benefits of the Travel & Leisure community
- Work closely with Resort Operations to deliver a seamless guest journey
- Meet individual and team KPIs
- Complete required system updates and paperwork
- Weekend and public holiday availability is required.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or face-to-face marketing
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging guests in person
