About the role
The General Manager role is an exciting leadership opportunity responsible for the strategic and operational management of high-quality clinical services across a broad range of hospital and community health settings at Orange Health Service. The successful candidate will provide strong, visible leadership to ensure the delivery of secure, effective and patient-centred care, while driving service excellence, innovation and performance across the health service.
In addition to leading Orange Health Service, the General Manager will play a key role in leading and strengthening clinical networks across the southern referral catchment. This role offers the opportunity to influence system-wide improvements, build solid stakeholder partnerships and contribute to the ongoing delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
