Scope is seeking a leader for our SIL and Supported Independent Living service in Nowra. You will lead our team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to clients with intellectual and psychosocial disabilities, including complex mental health, while maintaining stable operations in office.

Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you will drive efficient processes, promote safety, oversee daily operations, support NDIS plan development, and ensure staff and clients experience
