In this hands-on role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality rigging and installation services to our diverse range of construction projects.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting a small team of Installers in the safe and efficient installation of stainless steel rigging equipment and structures on construction sites
- Operating a variety of tools and equipment to prepare, assemble and install rigging components
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to minimise risks on the job site
- Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in the construction or building trades industry
- Strong practical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions




- Good hand-eye coordination and physical fitness to handle the demands of the role
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transport
