Western Landscape Supplies is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, manage key accounts and deliver continued growth across the bulk landscape and quarry supply market.

This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who understands trade, civil, landscaping, construction or quarry-based sales and knows how to turn customer relationships into profitable, long-term business.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Directors and General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales function while personally managing and growing key commercial accounts.

- Leading, mentoring and holding the sales team accountable
- Managing major trade, commercial, civil and landscaping customers
- Developing new business across Brisbane and South East Queensland
- Building strong relationships with contractors, builders, landscapers and project managers
- Preparing and following up quotes, tenders and pricing proposals
- Protecting margins and ensuring pricing remains commercially sound
- Setting sales targets and monitoring individual and team performance
- Improving sales processes, reporting and customer follow-up
- Working closely with operations, transport and management to ensure customer expectations are met
- Identifying new markets, products and growth opportunities
- Maintaining accurate customer records, sales pipelines and forecasts

What We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will have:





- Proven experience in a senior sales, sales management or business development role
- Experience within landscape supplies, quarry products, civil construction, building materials, transport or a related industry
- Robust leadership skills and the ability to drive accountability
- A demonstrated history of growing revenue and managing key accounts
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing pricing and margins
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, operationally focused business
- A practical, hands-on approach and strong work ethic
- Confidence dealing with customers at all levels, from site supervisors through to business owners and senior management
- A current Australian driver licence
