Graduate to Senior Structural Engineer (All levels) | Commercial & Industrial

Our company is a rapidly growing Civil and Structural Engineering Consultant, with the ability to adapt to client requests and deliver outcomes that exceed expectations.

We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Structural Engineer to join our team in Graduate, Junior, Mid-level and/or Senior roles, taking responsibility for designing and running projects in Sydney. As a Structural Engineer, you will handle projects from concept, to detailed design, to completion.

You will join a team working with builders on Design & Construct projects across the Commercial & Industrial space, delivering Warehouses, Distribution Facilities, Retail and more.

You will:

- Work closely with the Director and senior engineers
- Work with Builders on Design & Construct Projects across the Commercial & Industrial space, delivering Warehouses, Distribution Facilities, Retail and more across Australia
- Take ownership of structural design packages from concept through to construction
- Prepare structural calculations,



design documentation in accordance with Australian Standards
- Structural Design Leadership and Delivery - Project Management
- Coordinate with internal team members, builders, architects and other consultants to ensure successful project outcomes
- Provide practical, buildable and cost-effective engineering solutions

In short, the critical aspects of this job are:

- Manage and contribute to Project Delivery from Concept to Completion, ensuring effective and efficient structural solutions are presented across a range of Design & Construct projects - Retail Developments, Light Commercial / Industrial, Warehouses & Distribution Facilities
- Effective communication skills to actively coordinate and contribute across the market in a high-performing team
- Be time-efficient with calculations and commercially aware, and practical in solutions
- Ability to manage priorities and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced consulting setting
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn, grow and take on increasing responsibility
