As we continue to grow, we're looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team and support a participant in the Lawnton area.

About the Role

This position involves supporting a participant with their daily routine, appointments, and community participation.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with morning routines.

Checking that morning medication has been self-administered.

Providing transport and support to hydrotherapy and physiotherapy appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Supporting community access and recreational outings on weekends.

Encouraging independence, confidence, and active participation in the community.

Delivering high-quality, person-centred support in line with the participant's individual goals.

About You

We're looking for someone who is reliable, patient, and genuinely passionate about supporting people to live independently. You'll be confident working both independently and as part of a supportive team.

Minimum 6 months' experience in a disability support role.





Current Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.

Current Paid Employee Blue Card.

Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card).

Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete prior to commencement).

Full Australian working rights.

Smartphone with internet access.

Two recent skilled supervisor references.
