To support our continued growth, we are looking for a new Business Development Manager, to become a key member of our team - you are willing to travel around Newcastle/Hunter/North Coast region.

Key Responsibilities

- Existing and New business customers, identifying customer requirements and devising strategies to transform them into regular accounts
- Successfully promote company USP’s and products to potential customers, maintaining a clear focus on the desired outcome
- Introduce new product lines to existing accounts
- Ensure GP is maintained in accordance with budgetary requirements on all accounts
- Actively engage in product and sales training, ensuring product and company knowledge is up to date
- Provide feedback and suggestions to the team on market information, areas for improvement and new product opportunities
