At Super Retail Group we're investing in our Product Compliance function and are looking for a Product Compliance Specialist on a 12-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to multiple iconic brands including Supercheap Auto, rebel and BCF while developing your expertise in product safety, compliance and risk.

We're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds. Whether you've worked in product compliance, quality assurance, manufacturing, engineering, regulatory affairs, consumer products, or another compliance-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Provide advice on product safety, consumer law and compliance requirements across a diverse product range.
- Assess product compliance against Australian and New Zealand standards and regulations.
- Review testing outcomes, identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Support product investigations, recalls and compliance-related issues.
- Partner with merchandising, sourcing, legal and compliance teams to drive safe and compliant products to market.
- Contribute to reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives across the compliance framework.

What You'll Bring

- Experience interpreting and applying regulatory requirements, product standards or compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge of ACCC requirements, Australian Consumer Law, product safety regulations,



standards or similar regulatory environments.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability manage and interpret data.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Experience investigating issues, assessing risk and driving corrective actions.
