We have an exciting chance for a Client Services Manager/Broker Assistant to join our growing team of mortgage specialists. Responsibilities
- Ensuring the accurate and efficient post-lodgement file management for loan applications from lodgement through to settlement.
- Collating & reviewing loan documents and supporting documents.
- Coordinate settlements between incoming and outgoing lenders and settlement agents.
- Maintaining client files, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Managing Client Reviews – Annual, Fixed Expiry, Repricing.
- Processing a high degree of data entry, including maintaining data management systems (e.g., accurately entering client information, electronic filing documentation).
- Leading process improvement initiatives by establishing office procedures to increase efficiencies and complying with relevant internal and legislative requirements.
- Communicating with clients, lender partners and business contacts (e.g., Solicitors, real estate agents, accountants).
- Maintaining and building client relationships - helping to achieve 5-star reviews by your exceptional service standards.
What we need from you
- Previous loan processing experience, desirable but not necessary.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- An analytical, structured, process-orientated and organised approach to completing work.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe and ability to learn mortgage CRM software.
- Self-starter, who has high standards and sets themselves goals and goes about achieving them.
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Be able to work autonomously, use initiative and understand the impact of your actions on the progress of a loan application.
- Fantastic verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines and exceptional time management.
- Able to adapt to and learn changes in technology and our processes.
