Redlands Children's Therapy Centre (RCTC) is a multidisciplinary allied health practice specifically designed for children, based in the heart of Cleveland. We support children and families by providing outstanding, personalised interventions across occupational therapy, speech pathology, counselling, and art therapy.

About the Role

As a future RCTC practitioner, you will support a diverse mix of clients, with your caseload tailored to your interests across clinic, community, and work‑from‑home days. Whether your passion lies in paediatrics, adults, or a particular client group, we will shape your caseload to reflect your strengths and preferences. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and other allied health professionals to deliver integrated,



evidence based care. We offer flexible hours and days, and you will have input into your schedule and caseload to support work‑life balance.

We also offer lower billable hours than industry standard, as we value long-term growth, giving you the time and space to train, mentor, and truly lead as our team expands.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Delivering high-quality, client-centred Therapy services

- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care

- Participating in case discussions, service planning, and client goal setting

- Maintain accurate records and reports aligned to funding body requirements and clinical standards.

- Contributing to a positive, innovative, and collaborative workplace culture

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about multidisciplinary allied health and would love to be part of a fun and supportive team.

Skills and Experience:

- Registered Occupational Therapist (AHPRA registration) or Speech Pathology Australia Registration; open to all experience levels

- Current or readiness to obtain relevant checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children, Police Clearance)

- Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle

- Exceptional communication, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- A team-oriented individual with honesty, integrity,



and a positive outlook
