About theRole

We arecurrently searching for an experienced Store Manager with a passion forfurniture & homewares, whoenjoys building relationships with their customers and leading a small, dynamic team.

This isthe perfect role for those with a background in retail management however, those withexperience in customer facing management roles including hospitality and the educationsector should also feel free to apply.

Retail is a weekend industry, and the role requires candidates who have weekendavailability. We understand having work-life balance is crucial and we committo only roster staff on one weekend day per week.

Directexperience in retail is not required. Candidates with a background in frontline work, hospitality and education are regarded highly. The right candidatewill receive in-person and online training to ensure they have the best chanceat success.

You'llhave a proven track record of success in your previous management roles, with anunderstanding of what it takes to exceed customer expectations and deliverresults.

You have excellent leadership skills and you know exactly what it takes to lead and inspire your team.

Your well-rounded communication skills will enable you to quickly buildrelationships with customers and your colleagues, creating a positive andcollaborative work setting.
