The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Exercise Physiologist to join our thriving Mt Pritchard clinic on a full-time basis.

In this role you will focus on making a difference to your clients' lives, not just getting them out of acute pain.



You will learn communication and health change skills to connect with your clients and will improve their lives with the skills you possess.

Your key duties will include but not be limited to:

- Manage and build on our large existing client base by developing a loyal caseload
- Construct and implement exercise programmes
- Provide a holistic approach to client care via the identification of underlying causes of injury with a focus on optimal lifelong physical health
- Develop excellent rapport with your client and participate in marketing by educating our community
- Liaise with local GP's, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, personal trainers and sport teams as required
- Demonstrate a commitment to improving your knowledge and clinical skills by participating in our regular Professional Development sessions

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care, driven in their pursuit of ongoing learning and professional development, and consistently strives to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes.

The successful candidate may be a recent graduate, early career or a seasoned professional with extensive clinical experience.

Along with a passion for helping others, the successful candidate will have/be:





- An accredited Exercise Physiology qualification with full ESSA registration
- A current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable rapid rapport-building with clients and team members
- Sound clinical reasoning skills
- Committed to improving their own clinical knowledge and skills
