About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker who brings energy, reliability, and genuine passion to every shift. This role involves supporting participants of all ages, including:

Complex personal care

for clients with spinal cord injuries, including bowel and bladder management, skin integrity checks, transfers, and other high-intensity support needs

Community and in-home support

for participants across the lifespan, from children through to older adults, with a range of disabilities

Shifts are available across early morning and afternoon rosters. Consistency and punctuality are non-negotiable for this role.

What You Will Bring

Demonstrated experience in complex care, particularly with spinal cord injury clients

Experience supporting people with disabilities across all age groups, including children

A personality that lights up a room. You are outgoing, confident, and not afraid to get involved





The ability to take initiative and think on your feet without waiting to be told what to do

Rock-solid reliability. You show up, on time, every time

Energy and enthusiasm that participants and families genuinely look forward to

A solid understanding of person-centred, strengths-based support

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Working With Children Check

Current First Aid and CPR certificates

Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Experience in high-intensity personal care (Module 1)

Availability for early morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends on a rotating basis

Manual handling and complex care training (e.g. catheter care, PEG feeding, bowel management)

Experience working within the NDIS framework
