About the Role

We are seeking a Skilled Construction Labourer to join our finishing team. This role focuses on the final stages of pool construction, where precision and workmanship matter most. You’ll work alongside experienced trades and supervisors to ensure every project is completed to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Pool area cleaning and site preparation
- Pool plumbing and chemical balancing
- Small tiling and grout work
- Waterproofing applications
- Assisting trades in various finishing tasks




- Menial tasks such as digging trenches, dump runs, and other physical site duties
- Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently

About You

- Experience in construction or trade background (tiling, plumbing, waterproofing, or similar) preferred
- Eye for detail and quality workmanship
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current manual driver’s licence and reliable transport
