We are looking to welcome a Leading Hand to join our Urban Development division. This is a full-time permanent role reporting to the Site Supervisor, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of people and resources. SEE Civil are a certified 'Great Place to Work' and we have a great career opportunity available for an experienced civil Leading Hand to join our highly professional and skilled Urban Development Team. This is a full-time permanent role working across projects in the North Gold Coast & Loganregion.

Essential Skills and Attributes

- Prior experience within the civil construction industry, ideally working across subdivision projects or similar.
- The ability to read and interpret plans.
- Strong safety knowledge and initiative.
- Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Current driver’s license and Construction White Card.
