We're looking for an experienced and professional Retail Pharmacy Manager to lead our retail team at Ramsay Pharmacy - Gympie Marketplace. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of retail pharmacy management, including staff supervision, inventory control and customer service. The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient, and customer-focused, with a solid ability to make decisive decisions while maintaining a supportive team environment.

- Supervise and mentor retail team membersensuring high performance standards and professional development
- Maintain accurate inventory management and stock control systems, ensuring optimal product availability and minimising waste
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns in a professional and empathetic manner

About You:

- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy management or supervisory experience in a retail setting
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and pharmacy management software
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, train, and motivate team members
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment

Remuneration

$70 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
