Are you passionate about water safety and love inspiring confidence in kids?
Join NCIE’s Aquatics team and help children develop essential swimming skills in a safe, inclusive, and fun environment.

As a Learn to Swim Instructor, you’ll play a key role in fostering a love of the water and supporting our mission to create a healthy, connected, and empowered community.

What we’re looking for:

- Current Learn to Swim qualification (AUSTSWIM or equivalent)
- Energetic, reliable, and outstanding with kids and families
- Available Saturday mornings, with potential for up to 2 additional weekday shifts
- Passion for community, health, and inclusion
