Nebrean Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and reliable Plant Operator to join our team, working across the Darling Downs region on a variety of civil construction, roadworks and earthmoving projects.

About the Role

As a Plant Operator with Nebrean Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for operating heavy plant and equipment across civil construction, roadworks and earthmoving projects throughout the Darling Downs.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating graders and additional heavy plant equipment safely and efficiently
- Completing civil construction, road maintenance and earthmoving activities
- Operating machinery to meet project specifications and quality standards
- Performing daily pre-start inspections and basic equipment checks
- Identifying and reporting mechanical issues




- Transporting equipment between work sites using heavy vehicles
- Working collaboratively with site supervisors and project teams

This role requires travel throughout the Darling Downs region, with some projects requiring overnight stays away from home.

Company-supplied accommodation is provided for all overnight assignments when working away from home.

Current HC or MC Driver Licence

- Proven experience operating a grader
- Experience operating additional plant including excavators, loaders, rollers and/or dozers
- Demonstrated experience within civil construction, road maintenance or earthmoving environments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to complete basic equipment checks and identify operational issues
- Construction White Card
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and willing to travel throughout the Darling Downs region as required
