About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out painting and maintenance works across residential and commercial properties. The role involves preparing surfaces, repairing minor defects, applying paint and protective coatings, and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Internal and external painting.
- Surface preparation, patching, sanding, and filling.
- Minor plaster and paint repairs.
- Colour matching and touch-up work.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicating professionally with clients and team members.
- Completing work efficiently while maintaining quality.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a painter or maintenance painter.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
