We’re looking for a high-calibre Structural Engineer (3+ years) keen to gain strong Australian modular experience in our Brisbane team. You’ll be delivering structural design across modular housing, commercial modules, mining dongas, education pods, and other prefabricated building systems.

This role is ideal for someone who wants more than production drafting — someone who wants ownership, exposure, and progression in a fast-moving modular environment.

The Role

Based in our Woolloongabba office, you’ll work closely with senior engineers delivering modular structural solutions across a strong pipeline of residential,



commercial, and mining projects.

You’ll be trusted to contribute meaningfully- not just design and disappear.

Typical Modular Projects

- Modular housing (single & multi‑unit)

- Commercial modules (office pods, retail modules)

- Mining dongas & accommodation blocks

- Education modules (classrooms, admin pods)

- Healthcare modules

- Volumetric & panelised building systems

What You’ll Do

- Deliver structural design for modular buildings

- Prepare engineering calculations and analysis

- Contribute from concept through to detailed design

- Produce clear, buildable documentation for manufacturing

- Coordinate with architects, builders, and modular fabricators

- Support drafting teams in delivering construction drawings

- Attend site and respond to real-world construction challenges

- Engage in design reviews and QA processes

What We’re Looking For

- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering

- 3+ years’ experience in Australian structural engineering

- Would suit, if you’re a strong structural engineer looking to step up and learn modular design

- Must have Structural Design Engineering Experience

- Solid understanding of Australian Standards

- Experience with steel, concrete, and modular connection design

- Exposure to SpaceGass, ETABS, RAM Concept

- Ability to deliver buildable, manufacturing-ready documentation
