- Excellent customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in hospitality (in Japanese restaurants preferred)
- Adaptable availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including evening, weekends and public holidays
- A current RSA
