Our client is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to assist in a busy manufacturing plant based in Banksmeadow. The role entails the need to have experience within a Manufacturing or FMCG facility combined with Fixed Plant Machinery Fitting experience. The role will require somebody to be attentive towards issues, providing both planned and reactive maintenance to the machines as required, as well as identify issues, insert preventative tactics and assist in part replacements, refurbishments and troubleshooting.

The Role
- Assisting with the maintenance of plant machinery throughout the packaging department
- Repairs and modifications
- Part refurbishment and replacements
- Troubleshooting of machinery and identifying issues
- Providing both reactive and planned maintenance
About you
- A Certificate III as a Fitteris essential
- Mechanical Fitting experience within a packaging environmentis strongly desired for this role
