We're looking for a Client Care Coordinator to join a growing aged care team supporting older Australians to live independently in their own homes for longer. This is a great role to start your career in aged care where you'll be given the chance to learn the industry and build a long term career in a growing industry.

Working with some of the best leaders in the industry in a progressive business, no two days are the same. This role provides the opportunity to work with clients and their families along with the people providing care on the ground.

We don't need you to have worked in the aged care industry in the past, everything's in place for you to learn from day one. If you've worked in a Customer Service, Sales or any other phone or customer facing role you're who we're looking for.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing a portfolio of approximately 100 aged care clients

Conducting regular client check-in calls and responding to enquiries

Coordinating and scheduling support services and care workers

Managing onboarding for new clients

Reviewing budgets and service plans to ensure effective fund utilisation

Monitoring client spending and ensuring services remain within budget





Liaising with service providers and sourcing support

Maintaining accurate records and detailed case notes across multiple systems

Supporting incident management and follow-up processes

Assisting with funding requests and package upgrades through My Aged Care

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and relationship management skills

Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities

Comfortable working across multiple systems and technology platforms

Experience working in aged care highly regarded

A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail

Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and delivering a positive client experience
