Life Without Barriers is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide active, person-centred assistance to four adults with disability living in a Supported Independent Living residence in St Kilda.
You will work with a set permanent part-time roster including sleepover shifts, using behaviour support plans to promote independence, safety and meaningful daily activities, while maintaining thorough records and building solid relationships with clients and their families.
