This is an exciting prospect to join a collaborative People & Culture team where you'll partner with leaders across a diverse blue and white-collar workforce while continuing to develop your business partnering capability.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Manager, People & Culture, you will support a large operational portfolio, partnering with leaders to deliver practical HR advice across a broad range of Employee Relations matters. Managing a varied caseload of complex investigations, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace issues, you'll play a key role in driving positive people outcomes while coaching leaders through challenging situations.

Beyond Employee Relations, you'll contribute to People & Culture initiatives, leadership capability and broader workforce projects, making this a well-rounded HR Business Partner opportunity with genuine career development.

THE CANDIDATE





You will have proven experience managing complex Employee Relations matters within a large, operational environment and be confident partnering with leaders through challenging people issues. Experience supporting blue-collar workforces will be highly regarded, along with strong communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
