About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will play an important role in supporting our customers and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Processing customer orders and data entry
- Tracing frames, including:
- Metal
- Shell
- Nylon
- Rimless

- Managing inbound and outbound customer calls
- Tracking and following up orders
- Picking stock lenses
- Receiving and unpacking orders
- Scanning and matching orders
- Preparing and dispatching completed orders
- Providing technical support and product guidance to industry professionals
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction

About You

- Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing, or relevant optical industry experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Confidence working with technical optical information
- A proactive, positive, and team-focused attitude
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
