The Bakery Boorowa is a growing country bakery dedicated to producing consistently high-quality bread, savoury and sweet products. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Head Baker & Production Manager to lead our Back of House team.

About the Role
This is a hands-on position where you'll spend the majority of your time working in production while leading and supporting the bakery team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing high-quality bread, savoury and sweet products.
- Leading and mentoring the Back of House team.
- Planning and coordinating daily production.
- Maintaining product quality and consistency.
- Monitoring stock levels and ingredient usage.
- Managing food safety, hygiene and compliance.
- Reducing waste and improving production efficiency.
- Working closely with the Business Owner to support business growth.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Certificate III in Baking or equivalent trade qualification.
- At least five years' commercial baking experience.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a bakery team.
- Experience producing bread, pastries, pies, cakes and other baked goods.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and robust work ethic.
- A commitment to producing consistent, high-quality products.
