Initial project - either manage an $8M high end unit project in Albion or a $25M townhouse project on the Northern end of the Gold Coast.

Offices located in Slacks Creek - work between the sites and the offices

Flexible salary package to suit individual, anticipated between $180,000 - $220,000 + Super

WCR has partnered with a growing mid-tier commercial and residential building contractor with projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Due to their period of growth with a huge demand for further developments from its repeat business clients, this excellent building contractor are seeking to hire a building Project Manager with strong project experience in multi-level res space. With a focus on low-to-midrise (typically between 3-8 levels) quality unit, town houses and hotel projects typically varying in value between $10M - $30M.

Initially you’ll manage one of the following projects:





- $25M townhouse project in Labrador
- $12M high end, 3 level unit project in Albion

To be suitable for this position it is anticipated that you will possess the following;

- Will either have a site management or contracts administration background.
- Be experienced in managing site teams including Site Managers, Foreman, CA’s and Cadets
- Will have worked in the build construction industry for a minimum of 10 years, working your way through the ranks to Project Manager
- MUST have successfully delivered mid-rise quality townhouse, unit or hotel projects.
- Social / community housing, retirement living and NDIS project experience highly valued.
- Be located either in the Gold Coast or Brisbane.
