What you’ll be doing:

- Oversee up to 20 residential home builds concurrently through to handover
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality, safety, and performance across all trades and subcontractors
- Build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to keep projects on time and on budget
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards on every site

Requirements:

- QBCC Supervisors or Builders Licence is essential for this role
- Trade background in carpentry or bricklaying highly regarded
- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience with a stable employment history
