Civil & Infrastructure Services is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team in Narangba, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will provide crucial administrative support to our project management team, ensuring the seamless coordination and delivery of our electrical infrastructure projects.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating project schedules, purchase orders and logistics to keep projects on track

Maintaining detailed records and documentation for all project activities

Liaising with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders to address queries and resolve issue.

Assisting the project management team with other duties as required

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Project Administrator or in a similar administrative role

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks





Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

A flexible and adaptable approach to handle changing priorities
