About the Role

We currently have an available position for a Graduate Project Engineer / Design Manager within our Lucid office.





- Reporting and written communication.
- Attendance at industry events as a Lucid representative.
- Attending project / site meetings with Project Team Leaders.

About You

The successful applicant will seek to support the growth of business through continuous improvement practices within the organisation. This role would suit a Graduate with 0-2 years of experience.

To be successful in this role it is expected that you will have the following.

- An Australian-recognised tertiary degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- A passion for sustainability, a progressive mindset, and a desire to challenge current practices.
- Full working rights with no restrictions.
- Australian citizenship preferred to meet our project requirements such as Defence baseline security clearance.
