This is an opportunity to join a well-established Eastern Beaches agency with strong systems, experienced leadership and a genuinely supportive property management team.

Working closely with an experienced Property Manager, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure across a well‑managed residential portfolio while building the skills and confidence to eventually manage your own.

The Role

You’ll support the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, including:

- Liaising with tenants, landlords and trades
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Assisting with lease renewals and rent reviews
- Following up arrears and outstanding tenancy matters
- Preparing tenancy documentation and correspondence
- Conducting routine inspections and completing reports
- Assisting with ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Responding to tenant enquiries and ensuring matters are followed through
- Maintaining accurate property records and file notes
- Providing broader support across the property management team

About You





This role would suit an experienced:

- Leasing Consultant
- Property Officer
- Assistant Property Manager
- Junior Property Manager
- Property Administrator

You’ll ideally have:

- Previous experience within residential real estate
- Robust organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communication skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through
- A proactive attitude and genuine interest in property management
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A valid driver’s licence
