Our government client is seeking an experienced Change & Communications Advisor to support a large-scale digital transformation program.

Working across multiple stakeholders and project teams, you will help drive communication, engagement and change activities that support the successful delivery and adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working.
This role is suited to a proactive and adaptable skilled who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can translate complex information into clear, engaging communications for a range of audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver communication and change management plans.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and support adoption initiatives.
- Create a range of communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, web content, briefing papers and training resources.
- Provide secretariat and governance support, including meeting coordination and documentation.
- Manage stakeholder communications, queries and engagement activities.




- Support system and business change releases through effective communication and readiness activities.
- Monitor risks, impacts and stakeholder needs, providing advice to support decision-making.
- Contribute to program reporting, governance and continuous improvement activities.
- Work collaboratively with project, business and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes.

About You:

- Experience in change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, or project delivery environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
- Experience developing communication materials and engagement strategies.
- Strong judgement, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work with a high degree of autonomy.
- Resilience, adaptability and a collaborative approach to working in complex environments.
- Experience supporting digital transformation, business change or technology-enabled projects will be highly regarded.
