We’re looking for a Fleet Allocator / Driver Liaison to join the team at our Park Ridge depot. This is a Monday–Friday, office-based role with a 9:00 AM start, ideal for someone who likes structure and a steady workflow.
You’ll be the friendly, reliable connection between our drivers, customers, and operations team — helping keep schedules on track and communication explicit.
- Allocating trucks and drivers to scheduled work
- Staying in touch with drivers throughout the day
- Tracking progress and keeping deliveries on schedule
- Updating customers or internal teams when plans change
- Keeping records accurate and information up to date
- Supporting the operations team with general coordination
This is a collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys working with people and keeping the moving parts of a transport operation running smoothly.
What you’ll bring
