The Leasing & Inspection Agent is responsible for conducting property inspections, supporting the leasing process, and ensuring properties under management are maintained to a high standard. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide professional service to landlords, tenants, and prospective tenants.

The successful candidate will conduct routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports, open homes, and assist with leasing activities to ensure a smooth and efficient rental experience.

Routine Inspections

- Conduct scheduled routine inspections of managed properties in accordance with legislative requirements and company procedures.

- Prepare detailed inspection reports, including written observations and photographs of the property's condition.

- Identify maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, and potential breaches of the tenancy agreement.

- Provide feedback and recommendations to property managers and landlords where required.

- Communicate professionally with tenants regarding property care, maintenance requirements, and any follow-up actions.

Entry & Exit Inspections

- Complete thorough entry condition reports prior to tenant occupation, documenting the condition of the property with detailed notes and photographs.

- Conduct final exit inspections at the conclusion of tenancies to assess the property's condition against the entry report.

- Identify any damage, outstanding cleaning requirements, or tenant responsibilities.

- Liaise with property managers regarding bond claims, repairs, cleaning, and further action required.





- Ensure reports are completed accurately and within required timeframes.

Open Homes & Leasing Support

- Conduct professional open homes for rental properties.

- Present properties in a positive and professional manner to prospective tenants.

- Answer enquiries from prospective tenants and provide accurate property information.

- Assist with tenant registration and follow-up communication after inspections.

- Provide feedback regarding applicant interest, property presentation, and market response.

- Support the leasing team with achieving timely tenant placements.

The Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous real estate experience preferred.

- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.

- Prior experience using the PropertyMe system is highly desirable.

- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

- Strong communication skills and qualified presentation.

- Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail.

- Confidence when dealing with tenants, landlords, and prospective renters.

- A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to support the wider team.

- A desire to learn, develop, and build a successful career in Property Management.

- Availability to work Saturdays for scheduled open homes and leasing appointments.
