In this role, youwill lead and motivate a team of Employment Consultants across a growing regionand support them in all aspectsof quality service delivery and performance.

Your Key Responsibilities willinclude:

- Leading and empowering a team of employmentconsultants to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people withdisability
- Facilitating staff training and development toensure the provision of high -quality, person-centred services
- Developing strategies, programs and positivepartnerships to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employmentopportunities
- Leveraging systems, tools, and reports to analyseand monitor individual, site and area performance and quality metrics
- Ensuring the achievement of internal and externalperformance and quality benchmarks
- Fostering a positive team culture that encouragesmotivation and success
- Representing the organisation in the localcommunity to promote services and raise awareness of inclusive employmentservices
