MotorOne Autobody is seeking an experienced Spray Painter + Paint Prepper to join our team on a full-time basis.
As a key member of the production team, you'll play a critical role in the final stage of the repair process, delivering exceptional colour matching and refinishing quality that meets manufacturer specifications and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply paint and refinishing products to manufacturer standards
- Manage workflow from preparation through to paint application
- Deliver high-quality colour matching and finishing outcomes
- Maintain workplace health and safety compliance
- Contribute to workshop productivity and efficiency targets
The Painter We're Looking For
- Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Spray Painter or Paint Prepper
- Sound knowledge of modern paint systems and refinishing techniques
