Your Responsibilities





Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Coordinate maintenance and repairs

Conduct lease renewals and rent reviews

Manage arrears and compliance

Liaise with contractors and service providers

Assist with business growth and portfolio expansion

About You

Current NSW Assistant Agent Certificate or Class 2 Real Estate Licence

Previous experience in residential property management or as an Assistant Property Manager

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Skilled presentation

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

A positive attitude with a genuine desire to build a long-term career
