Educational Leader | Flexible Part-Time (3-4 Days per Week) | Sunshine Coast

We're partnering with a respected early learning service on the Sunshine Coast that is passionate about delivering exceptional early childhood education while creating a supportive and rewarding workplace for its team. An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Educational Leader to join the centre in a flexible part-time role, working 3-4 days per week. About the Role

- Inspire and support educators to deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Guide curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice across the service.
- Mentor and coach educators to build confidence, capability and professional growth.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation and ongoing quality improvement.
- Work alongside the Centre Leadership Team to achieve positive outcomes for children, families and staff.
- Ensure educational practices align with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Champion inclusive, engaging learning environments where every child can thrive.

About You





- A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Previous experience as an Educational Leader, Lead Educator or in a senior early childhood role.
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and current early childhood best practice.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain.
