JAWA Offroad is looking for an experienced, organised and driven Parts Manager to join our Windsor team.

Our Windsor facility is now the national production and parts hub for JAWA Offroad Australia, making this a pivotal role within the business.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for ensuring our workshop, customers and dealer network receive the right parts at the right time, helping keep our operations running smoothly across the country.

About the Role

As our Parts Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of our Parts Department, ensuring productive stock control, purchasing, workshop support and customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:





- Managing all parts enquiries from customers, dealers and internal staff
- Ordering and purchasing parts from local and overseas suppliers
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock control
- Processing warranty and replacement parts
- Picking, packing and dispatching parts orders
- Liaising closely with the workshop to ensure technicians have the parts they need
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient parts department
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying slow-moving or critical stock items
- Providing outstanding customer service over the phone, via email and in person
- Continuously improving systems and processes to ensure the department operates efficiently

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Parts Manager
