Interact Australia is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower clients under their NDIS plans. The role focuses on autonomy, community participation, skill building and relationship development, with a solid emphasis on person-centred support and safety.

The role requires a Working with Children Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening, and relevant personal care experience. A willingness to travel and use a private vehicle is advantageous. Training in bowel therapy is available.
